You can always visit the mobile phone garage sales section. Everyday I can see people selling their tube there.
Price for a used phone will be around RM700.

btw, I've already opened my N5800XM piece by piece .. LCD, front panel, rear panel, board and etc. just my dream and desire to investigate, and managed to snap back safely

i think this is ure new set, try remove the SIM card and Memory Card frm the slot, remove battery .. leave it for 10 minutes and place back battery and hard reset the phone without SIM and SD card.

Then off the fone, place SIM and SD then start the fone again ..
- calibrate the touch screen (inside settings)
- fresh / full format ure SD (empty it)
- install ure base applications first eg. update firmware, java runtime, adobe flashlite, python (if u interested in running python based apps)
- restart fone .. now u can continue install ure desired apps ..

this shud be done by most first time user to refresh the phone .. from mfg .. shipment .. to end user .. but no one does it in actual life .. and 95% of the device users dont read the manual book too ..

Today my green button not working anymore on the main screen
by pressing the green call button, it supposed to show up the call log but no response when I press the green button

but the button do work when I go into the main menu screen and it shows the dialler


is it software problem?

seems like I need to soft/hard reset again

try removing battery for 2 -3 mins .. and test again

actually mine is quite old set. i bought it a month after its official launched. and my set is earpiece problem free.

but really lazy to hardreset and full format my SD.

rather opting for new LCD replacement before my warranty end.

I've restarted my phone several times d but no differences but never try to remove the battery
rarely remove the battery since i'm using epikcase

5 months using my tube. All is well. Still amazes me. xD
Video/WiFi is the entertainment I use most apart from SMS-ing.

Still scratch free. (Using thicker than normal cheapo silicon case)
So that means cheap stuff isn't necessarily crap.

dunno whether this prob o nope..

my situation:
while receiving calls, sometimes i need to 'slide' the unlock button first in order to answer the call by pressing the 'answer button' on screen. (if i dun unlock,no response even pressed the on screen button)
but sometimes no need to 'slide' the unlock button first. just press the on-scren button..
now i confuzee..
sometime i realized this this happen if i use the protective cover...
is it related to the cover o what...or hardware o software o firmware...?
help plz
