Bring a mineral water in your backpack will be the best because the stalls selling water is quite far away from the dancing stage. You might lost apart with your friends there. Its very crowded. Phone doesn't work too sometimes. No line.

Last year my friends (girls) all went with yukata in shuttle and KTM also what.
You won't be alone. Other than us there's a lot other girls wearing yukata too.

Its prefer to go early than late.
