Bon Odori Festival is a Japanese Buddhist observance honouring the spirits of ancestors, who return once a year to visit their families. Traditional dance is performed to entertain the spirits of the ancestors.

Penang I heard is so much fun than KL

not really to compare it face to face is a bit unfair...

lets just say that the Shah Alam's got more attendee's and moar japanese stuff sales versus penang's Hanabi

last year was sandy and dusty Bon odori... lol... hope this year wont be so dusty as last year...

and YES Penang Bon Odori is much more fun with ending Fireworks, but just dont get yourself stuck / squeeze in the lines to get yourself foods.

lazy. oversea, go thru traffic jam, parking, n freaking crowd, overprice food, yakisoba = chow mien.
though i wan to scoop gold fish, fish balloon, n enter the ghost house though.
