 svid support, xfx 750a sli mobo

morning to all,anyone care to explain to me what is svid support? last night i was trying to hit 3.4ghz but failed.i wonder is there is anything to do
with it.i know the basic fundamentals of ocing,and i can get 3.2ghz occt 6 hrs stable with 1.325v for both cpu and nb.(by setting thru the hex value option not with this svid support option.).the svid option i leave it to auto(for both cpu and nb.)i just wanna know what is the function of this option and how it affect oc.

i dun know whether i post in correct section or not.sorry.ur help in kindly appreciated.thx.

me also have the svid override func but never bother to adjust...
(adjusted once but not improve my OC..so i make it auto back + i dont even know the default value)

Should be noted the XFX 750a SLI is designed for support up to 95W processors.. Perhaps the motherboard's VRM has reached its limit when overclock up to 3.4GHz. hmm.gif
