29th - call CS to subcribe HD
29th - received a call for T&C
30th - Receive a call from the contractor schedule installation 10.30am tomorrow (31st Dec) morning.
31st - Pending installation as metioned is 10.30am.. (hopefully everthing go fine)

For my case...

29th - call CS to subcribe HD
29th 3pm - received a call for T&C
30th 4pm - Receive a call from the contractor schedule installation 10.30am tomorrow (31st Dec) morning.
30th 8pm - received SMS confirm contractor name and contact.
31st - Installation start 10.00am finished at 10.30am. Then 11:25am activated the service to enjoy HD content.
