QUOTE(-kytz- @ Dec 9 2009, 10:16 AM) I still have no idea about 720p vs 1080i.Yes, P stands for progressive while I is interlaced but what are they really? If not mistaken, progressive is always better than interlaced. So now should we get a 1080p tv or a 720p? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-JXfyvlPh0enjoy!

QUOTE(Skylinestar @ Dec 11 2009, 04:36 PM) there is such product. but it'll cost a bomb. yupp...product exists, but dont think it's available in msia yet... thats why i'm always a fan of digital coaxial...using long runs rg6 also can...all my sources are now in coaxial...dont think there's difference in quality if we wanna compare it to optical

i always prefer coaxial connection...coz u can use cheap long run rg6 cables and still get digital surround sound...so there's more flexibility and easily to diy but havent really found long run cheap toslink optical cables anywhere...
