10 working days? or 10 days? Anyway, i only saw people in Klang Valley have their new decoder. Not fair at all.... sweat.gif

Got this crap from Astro CS:

"We refer to your e-mail with regard to the Astro B.yond installation.

We wish to inform you that installation will be on a first come first served basis. Please understand that our turnaround time to install is also dependent on our installation capacity and the supply of the B.yond set. We regret any inconvenience caused.

Should you have any enquiries on any other aspects, kindly contact our Contact Centre at 1300-82-3838 which is operational from 8.00 am to 12.00 midnight daily or email to wecare@astro.com.my.

We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you."

I have call them on 11/12, confirm t&c on 15/12. Until today, no call from Astro.

I have got it working via HDMI with my Panasonic Plasma TV (audio and video ok); and via the coax digital audio cable to my Denon receiver (ok). Have not really check if the audio is 5.1 or just plain stereo.

I just call the CS and the answer has change from 10 days promise to 10~14 days waiting. I don't expect much from them anymore... mad.gif

Call them again...i only get mine on Christmas day after t&c confirmed on 15/12. Wait patiently until heard somebody in LYN stay at same area got their new decoder and subscribe later than me. Since then call them everyday and each time the Astro will give the same reason - new decoder out of stock. Then i ask the CS back how come the people same area with me can get the new decoder and subscribe later than me and the ten days promise is just a crap promise and "perli" the CS cannot do anything on this...later on that day, at 9 pm the CS call me they manage get contact the installer and arrange on Christmas day for installation. sweat.gif
