Me too received their 2nd call yesterday. According to the guy over the phone, the 10 days period (reduced from 14 days previously) is for the technician to call you for appointment, so possible that the installation might be done after 10 days if they call you on the 10th day

The installer came to my house this afternoon to install the dish and the decoder but unfortunately the decoder seemed to have problem reading the smartcard as there was no display on the tv once the card inserted but no problem gettting into the decoder's setup screen when the card was pulled out, not sure it is the decoder problem or the smartcard.

They have to take back everthing since they couldn't fix it except the dish which they have replaced and told me another technician will call me for installation again Hope it won't take too long to return.
