Is it possible that they did not activate your account yet, imho

Actually i was thinking of registering the Astro beyond but worry i have to change the cable, becos my cable is conseal, if have to change than a blt problem, moreover i dont know they will take down the dish for me becos my astro dish is on the rooftop n is 3 storey high. Any ideal they will do all that.

Just call up to registered n was inform the installer will call in between 24 hours, n will take maxinun 10 days to install the decorder n dish, but the wiring need to be change will be decide by the installer when they come to your house check before install

Want to know from those who have install B yond whether the dish facing direction need to be change or same old facing direction.

Thanks, by the way i ask the question becos i am worry the installer nowadays got so many customers n they simply fix n go off without using the signal tester n moreover my 2.5 storey house they might not interested to install becos too high, but anyway i have to keep my finger cross n just wait.

I think the very moment u call for register your Byond, they inform u about 10days for installation, so anybody less tan 10 days just be patient n be fair to astro becos everybody know we are not the only one waiting for installation n myself already 7days n still have to wait until the 10days deadline,then we start calling for explanation. Dont get me wrong i am not working with astro except we have to be patient n wait for our turn if not everyone will start to jump queue for installation

For the installer to test my cable is a burden becos mine is a 2.5 storey n my dish is on the roof top n not all installer got that type of tall ladder n not all installer dare to go up that height. Moreover my cable is conseal but good point is my present sd signal is 92. Believe me 92 becos i had a booster n hope the cable can be use

Got my Byond install today at 4pm n everything is fine n even with my conceal old cable. Signal level is at 255, n immediately auto update to new firmware, but only setback is when i set audio sound to DD 5.1 no sound but to stereo no problem. Anyway i was call to install yesterday but i couldnt make n change to today, very nice n friendly installer, overall it took astro 7 days for my installation.

After nearly 3-4 hours of setting i still cant get DD5.1 to work, again set to 5.1 no sound n set to stereo only got sound. Anyone got this problem.

Hey u guy watching Astro sport channel HD have this problem or not, the picture look long especially the person, mine the person n face all look long but for SD channel its normal.
