Only 3% discount? So 70% loan buyer have to fork out 27% down payment?
*
need to come out with 30% of the discounted price, because SPA price is the discounted price, ytl style

huh? u sure boh ?not 10% downpayment? 50+k ?
unless you bought >2 units earlier?

those who go today are repeat buyers and i can see they're seasoned investors.. all with multiple properties.. so everyone talking about 70% loan margin

btw, today's preview is only for ytl's repeat buyers (those who bought more than 2 units from them previously), and the unit can only be bought under the same name, no name change is allowed.

Block D finish sold out??? Sure ah??? Is it that worthy?? Need paid 10 percent upfront and only free spa!! One carpark only. Why not go for other property which only need paid 5000 then free SPA & Loan agreement or go for subsales house!!!

they have reflected all those so called "freebies" in their selling prices if you go for these properties

Block D1 and D2 are almost sold out. BTW, they come with tandem car parks whereas Block F1 and F2 come with only 1 carpark. You can say what you want by they are selling like hot cakes. Decided to take one too facing Midfield 1. Relatively cheaper than those facing KLCC or the water facilities. My unit on a psf cost around RM 477 PSF, built up 1152. Price is decent by current market standards.

yes it's even below current subsale prices of MF1!!

there are instances in some other housing area where the unifi fibre optic ports were used up and some houses were not able to apply for unifi.. so apply when you can!
