some update on Lummi Wee....

Variable Brightness Wee with XP-G ! drool.gif

user posted image

Some good time spent working with the new XP-G LED from Cree.
Working prototype of a XP-G Light Engine designed to drop into the Wee.
Output is impressive, not going to commit to lumens out the front just now as the current Wee reflector is best suited to the XR-E. A new reflector will be designed to capture as many tightly packed lumens as possible utilising the Wee form.

The small component on the left enables twistable variable brightness. From off to infinitely variable to high. The VBC (Variable Brightness Component or Control) could be thought of in a similar way to a potentiometer, however it is a far simpilar & less mechanical than that.

today's reply from manufacturer;

today, all the CUBE is branding logo

all previous replies;

darling, the next step is dealing with the appearance of Torches

but this processing need last 5 or 6 days.

to be frank, we counter a problem in technology, we are now processing to deal with it! and our factory director say it's possible to finish the production within this week

That's OK dear, please rest assured that the CUBE reach your hand will be very excellent!

I keep looking at the thrunite catapult and keep thinking that it's a weapon lol.
And been reading the thread on the Quark mini's, really make my hand super itchy darn it.
Still imagining 190 lumens out from something so small...
Really want to see a comparison between the ITP A1 and the Quark Mini 123. The ITP is very very slightly bigger only but definitely wouldn't be as bright but the qustion is, how much brighter is the mini?

This another oldies. I believe not many had heard or even seen it before. Fenix T1. The anodising more toward champange color. The out put are floody and can be consider as room sweeper. One thing about this early days Fenix, it is really solid and heavy, I think more heavier than Surefire or other flashlight at the same league

With that, I attached a little more extra image here
