I am still holding Vix calls to hedge

Yes..still holding. Down about 8% now.. not too bad.

Mine down more, -22%. Bought at 470.

I started at 4.30, so I am pretty down too LOL

On MAR25 C have broken the 4.30 range and penetrate the 5dollar level . It didn't manage to hang in there.
I sold out at 4.80dollar level and bought for 3.27dollar last time . Just for 5,000 units.

Don't care about Soros.. he's a long term investor. We're momentum here.
Dow will be still red but it will tapered off - not as worse as yesterday.

I'm holding my shorts till this mid trading day and will likely to cash out for the weekend.
I'm looking for a bounce around SP 1045 (Feb low) and go long on some positions.

Guys - if you've some cash.. now is the time to get some, Dow IS below 10K.

Yeah same, holding my VIX calls till SP 1040-1045. Gonna try to get some AAPL at 225-230.

I guess I have sold off 1100 C when it dropped from 4.2 to 4.1..

I'm seeing material stocks like FCX, X, TCK, hitting their lows and bouncing already.

The bulls are standing by.. watch it.
If the bears can't force it to go below 1050..the bulls will gain ground.

If we go green, I'll cover my shorts.

hi sorry i am noob here...how do we do short? my account do not allow me to short sell? can all sifu here teach me? is it need to borrow shares from others first?

usually got 4 options together, buy/sell/short/cover, if dun have means u can't short, i think only margin acc can short? maybe urs not margin?

I'm out of shorts.. waiting at sidelines. Not buying this yet.

Got out of 3/4 of my calls..will hold the 1/4 left to see how much energy does this bull have

A bit of snapback here. Market internals showing 60/40 advance/declines.

Bargain hunters already came in. Remember, it is OPEX day.
Options traders are fighting this out.

Just watching at sidelines for now.

I think bull has been tired.. the most it can push is +30 points.. bear has shown 100+ point power before..

I am holding bear..

Actually I think momentum bears are slower now..the bulls are holding now @ 1070 same like yesterday close.
I thought bears be able to push 20 more points more to 1050 but gave up at 1055.

I've covered since 1060.. now waiting to see how far the bulls can push before another bear push.

Finance and mining stocks are leading this bounce up today.

Update:
Closed out my remaining decimated AAPL 250 calls. Today lost $1795, last week profited $5175.
Total profits: $3380 for two weeks.

Enough for now.

I think once we're close to bottom..getting ready pile in for the ride up.
