IIRC, those guys in the USA got their EDD pushed back to nearly 2 months for xps 13 when it was first released. that sounds reasonable to be angry with. but if its only a week or two, try to live in the backend's shoes.
they need their holidays too. |

and of cuz, I believe its not Dell Malaysia's fault. I do think they have part shortages + the festive seasons is the main reason all this is happening. Besides, has anyone really got delayed orders so far? Just chill, we're all only humans, oh well, using alienwares |

mine wasn't pre-ordered, i mean for the M15x. but still the EDD was about 1 month, and yet i got mine 2 weeks earlier. I believe they're doing the best they could at Dell.
