You can get it done on ur own, but at ur own risk as well. Having said so, i doubt that they will be empty space to have ur customize wordings, as by default, the nameplate should be carved with Alienware M11x there i guess

I have M15x dy wor. But I think M11x is cute, but now its like everyone have it. I think for a laptop of 12 - 13", you can't get one that can outperform M11x, at least for now. lol. Go for M11x ba, eventhough it looked abit too common. Many ppl will own it. hahaha

stock model? i got the one with gtx 260m and there's nothing more i could upgrade other than the over priced RAM. haha, upgraded Windows 7 pro and batteries tho'

I got the base model, RM 6599 that one. Upgraded till almost RM 8000 and my SA discounted RM 450+ for me.

Upgraded batteries, the OS and warranties. My RAM by default is 4gb, and yes we can upgrade it ourselves in the future. It's certainly not cheap now!
