Hi, i am currently comparing which brand and model to buy and i came to a draw between Edifier M3300SF and Altec Lansing VS2621...

Edifier M3300SF is 41 watts whereas Altec Lansing VS2621 is 30 watts.... well to my understanding, the higher the watts the better sound is produced right?

But which brand has better quality and sound? I am currently using Logitech and its working great but its time to upgrade. My current speaker is Logitech x-230 32 watts which is think is really good either for my room but it isn't good enough when its at the hall where the sound are more spread out...

But in your opinion... which should i get? Since pc fair is tomorrow, i'll go there to get the speaker...

i dont think either one is going to be significantly louder than your x-230.

if you have to choose between the two, I'd go for the Edifier.

you didnt mention that your current set is broken / faulty...
if this is the case then the M3300 would be a good replacement.

just dont expect day and night difference...

4121 would be a lot of bass, but not as much clarity and head room overall...if you crank it up to max there will be a lot of distortion...

anyway at lower volume you can still tune it a bit so its not the end of the world...
