Hi, i apply a public bank visa electron debit card six months ago and using til now. One or two months before i can still use the ATM to check my debit card balance or withdraw the fund inside. But last week i try to use it at public ATM, after insert the card, the machine straight state invalid card and eject it. I see some ppl facing same problem too and so i try to ask the solution from the bank customer service lady(at the branch, not through phone) but she say the ATM is sensitive and ask me to write a letter to public bank headquarter for card replacement...need self destroy the card and deliver it back to the headquarter and wait for a month for the replacement And the customer service lady keep promote the day2day card to me while i asking the solution for the invalid card issue lol

I had try use my debit card at maybank ATM and it work and i can check my balance...So far i only try public bank ATM at my town and not yet try ATM at other place...I just wondering anyone facing same problem at the ATM?

try other bank card at public bank ATM? not yet...

yup i think so...just tried my card at other branch ATM (20KM away) and can be use. Too bad my town PB bank only have one ATM which not work for my card

thx for the info. Alrdy try the method at before, but not working...i decide to keep the card becos i still can use it at other ATM and i worry if get replacement card will delay my preorder stuff payment process
