How can you tell if that person is good just based on his gear score?
also if you are to judge based on his / her gear score ... what is the min Gear Score for the following
1. Onyx 10 Man
Tank -
DPS -
Healing -
2. Onyx 25 man
Tank -
DPS -
Healing -
3. TOC 10 man
Tank -
DPS -
Healing -
4. TOC 25 man
Tank -
DPS -
Healing -
5. Ulduar 10 man
Tank -
DPS -
Healing -
6. Ulduar 25 man
Tank -
DPS -
Healing -
I don't really care much about Nax cause is like everyone can go already....

i am currently trying to pug for raids
but they reject me cause i have less gear score
its utter crap....
oh course lah i know fights

i am sick and tired of people who ask me for GEAR SCORE
even on H run
what the hell man
i even when for a pug with my pally and the dps needs a min GS of 4.7k
and they all wipe on 1st boss of Naxx 25 man
noob

i did H TOC with a DK that have about 3 piece of tier 8 gear
but fail at tanking for the 1st boss encounter
i would say GS is crap
cause skill comes to great play...

here is another thing why you cannot judge gear score
last night i join a PUG for VOA and yes again min GS needs to be 4.5k and above
down the 1st boss easily so when the raid leader was sorting out the loot the rest resume clearing mobs till the next boss
to the next boss then suddenly the raid leader become a NINJA giving the loot to this guild member ignore those who won the roll
those who won the roll but didn't get the loot left the raid and go aggro boss
boss raped the entire raid team....
again GS stinks

the 3 new instance for patch 3.3 gear score is more then Nax25
this however causes more noobs when they PUG for nax to finish daily
