If Riva wont give u 600/1200 after the test means it senses that ure GC cannot take it oredi. N artifacts also mean ure card cannot take it oredi. U can still force Riva 2 give u 600/1200 by going to the Power User tab, Nvidia Overclocking, Disable internal test. BEWARE of what ure doing though.
