they stated that they're going to change the format...so cheers to that

the one thing i dont really like about this magazine is those photoshop tips. im not a photoshop pro la, but i want to read more about actually taking pictures instead of editing them. got photoshop magazine what ;p
*
yaya exactly... somemore they chow the steps are too straight forward.. for pro in photoshop maybe they will understand la.. noob like me do'nt understand how they do the editing..

but actually i don't really like editing also.. i use ACDSee Pro for some exposure/level adjustment.. icon_idea.gif

most of their tips copied from other magazine also.. rclxub.gif but DCM so far is the cheapest one.. haha.. no choice la.. brows.gif

QUOTE(thomsasa86 @ Feb 3 2010, 03:03 PM)
Hi all,

I am looking forward to buy D90, and after a round of survey, i get a quotation which i personally think is cheaper than others. Below is the offer:-

Nikon D90 kit w. 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED AF-S VR DX Nikkor Zoom Lens
Come w. Bag, Battery, Adapter/Charger, Screen Cover, Strips
Free Hoya UV filter (cheapest one), 8gb memory card, Tripod (can support the weight of whole camera + sp600 flash + battery grip), Cleaning kit
Price = RM3,890

If the UV filter upgraded to Hoya Pro I, have to add RM220; if upgraded to Kenko normal one, have to add RM170.

Can anyone advise if the price offered is reasonable? or any other better quotation which can be recommended? Which UV filter should i go for?

Thanks in advance.

The D90 kit with all other accessories i believe it's reasonable price @ RM3890.

May be you may consider buy the filter in other place..

Kenko 72mm normal one market price is RM80-100 only.. your 67mm RM170
Hoya 72mm Pro1D MC market price RM150-180.. your 67mm RM220

that's over-priced..
