now im torn between 35mm f2 and 50mm 1.4G T_T

Great lens for both but for 50mm 1.4G, the price itself is the biggest factor with the minor improvement from the previous version. I'm not too sure if it's a wise investment. 35mm f2 is an old lens but still prove to be one great lens. why not 35mm f1.8? Or you are in FX-user? 

if u r going for 50mm 1.4G, i suggest top another rm200-300 get the Siggy 50mm instead
Siggy 50mm has 1 of the best IQ 50mm lens, is more worth getting it than Nikon 50mm 1.4G
even uncle Ian get this instead of gettin 6k Canon 50L 
not mention it is the biggest 50mm in the market, very intimidating

macro lenses u hardly need CR/VC i think 
n shooting at wide open u can use high enaf shutter speed to compensate d

Need some recommendations here.

I was quoted Nikon D90 (body+kit lens) for RM3920 in a shop in Penang.
Additional 50mm/f1.8mm for RM370.

But the guy who manned the shop recommended me to take the Tamron 17-50mm/f2.8 instead,
and skip the kit lens and the prime. Should I?

But then the price would be slightly higher, about RM5000 for the whole package. Plus a UV filter, I think.

may i ask.. what the difrent if u set the aperture to f2 in the f1.8 version?
i mean the diffrent between:
35mm F1.8 set in F2
35mm F2 set in F2

gahh im outta idea... what else i shud put in this image so that it wont be so empty in front. thinking to put lighting at the moon back there... need suggestion first i want to put some fog but look awkward or perhaps i just too sleepy now... (inspired with photomanipulation so i do my own style _
