My friend's whatsapp also having notification problem. The notification always come late at around 7pm everyday.
Anyone having the same problem?

ya....recently i oso found tat my ip4-whatsapp oso like tat too...
im oso maxis user but my digi fren don hv such problem.... the msg always din pop up whn received, after u open whatsapp the msg only will received...omg |

There could be several reasons, or a possible combo of both to compound the problem further...
1. Whatsapp server issue, causing delay in connection and notifications sent... 2. Telco data server issue, problem in connecting to whatsapp server and thus no notifications... Yesterday and day before yesterday, Maxis users having problem connecting and Digi users no problem... few days back it was the other way around... |

Not include MSN(Windows Live Messenger), FB chat, skype n etc. BTW I use FB chat, whatsapp n viber in my ipod and phone. |

my gf and i are also having problems with whatsapp notifications. sometimes she wouldn't even get notifications until she opens whatsapp and the msg loads, whereas for me, sometimes it's ok, sometimes the notifications are delayed about 30min-1hr
 any solutions to fix this? |

Try leaving Whatsapp running in the background. You should receive messages instantly.
