I cant believe it!

whatsapp didnt get any update(s) for its optimization on ip6+ .

oh how the fek they prioritize their task lol

Yes, works great but if u get a promt from dev2.whatsapp.net to update, don't do it. For me, it was unable to install after update. Just leave it at the pgyer version.

i emailed whatsapp support for an update on when they will update whatsapp for ip6/6+, they replied they are working hard on getting the update out and will be avail soon..

Tried installing but whatsapp icon stuck at WAITING for a long time. Is this normal?

Got it to work! Had to reinstall Whatsapp fresh and then install the BETA, but i installed it from http://www.pgyer.com/WhatsAppBeta instead.

it has now additional keys for 6+ when using landscape.
a pity the screen design still the same when in landscape mode.

Just updated my WhatsApp. No surprise for me as I was using the WhatsApp Beta previously. tongue.gif

Seems to be the exact same copy as the latest Beta.

Now, the masses can enjoy too. biggrin.gif

Finally updated my Whatsapp, it looks so much better now on the 6+

It loads up fast and everything is smooth again. No more sudden crashes while halfway typing a message as well!

woohoo, updated on my 6+ too, no more lag and blurred fonts.... but I set it to the smallest fonts, looks neater but it looks like I need some time to get used to the tiny words.. can fit more words in the screen though icon_rolleyes.gif

Wah you can view it with the smallest font? I tried going smaller but decided to stick back to standard font size. Getting old

Update to 8.1.1 guys/girls to optimized the screen as it should be... Yayy... This is for my i6, i guess should be for i6+ too...

Now, need to increase back the font size...
