tm contractor came to my house just now, all works well, my snr boost up to 30+ this morning. normal only 20+.

and referring to ur problem, from the TM jobsheet,
it said

SNR > 15 db
Attenuation <40 db

so i think ur attenuation is not qualifed bro. snr is ok.

the technician said, even if Att 41, they wont setup the line for me also. 40.5 is still consider ok.

almost 1 week already..but still the same..
call the tech few times and he give same answer..wait for few days.. 

dunno what to do..wait and wait..
