my DSL status:
Downstream Rate: 7163 kbps Upstream Rate: 508 kbps but speedtest gives me 4.0mbps  guess they cap my speed based on user account. anyway i'm a happy customer  |

i wonder is it just me or all 4mb users (218.111.X.X ip)experiencing slow streaming of youtube. i'm able to get full speed only during these hours:
Mon-Sat 1-11am Sun full day i did complain and they put me to another IP range. but the result was still the same. my friend who is on 60.X.X.X ip has no such issue. |
