Will like some advise. I recently moved from KL to Penang and I managed to transfer my streamyx account from KL to Penang. I was using 4mbps in KL. As of yesterday, my phone line and streamyx is now working here in Penang. However, I was told that my area here in Penang supports 4mbps. But when I checked yesterday it is only running at 1.5mpbs. The dude whom I spoke to to get my streamyx said his technician put me on 4mbps port.

My question is, who do I talk/complain to to get this fakap rectified?
