2 month?? I don't think i can wait so long as that's a very long time, where is ur location?
I have keep the "receipt" of upgrading to 4mb in TM points, written there, expected day of completion is 1 week after the day of application.

SNR margin = 25 Line attenuation = 24 DL = 4096 The technician already told me that i couldnt acheive the full speed, only able to get 3.3mb as what i get now. The weird thing is why the latency is 5xx to KL? do IP change improve the Mbs?

Have been used 4mb for past 1 month, the max speed i get is around 3.3M.. SN margin = 24db Line attenuation = 23db The ip range that i get is only 60.xx as shown above Wonder if frequent DC will happen if it's recapped to like 5mb? (currently, i nvr DC even if there is heavy raining) Besides 100, do TM have customer support email address =_= so that i can attach all my speedtest result?
