BTW, i saw the price in streamyx website for 4mb is rm268 compare to rm160 in the promotion... huh.why so much difference..

2 month?? I don't think i can wait so long as that's a very long time, where is ur location?

I have keep the "receipt" of upgrading to 4mb in TM points, written there, expected day of completion is 1 week after the day of application.

SNR margin = 25
Line attenuation = 24
DL = 4096

The technician already told me that i couldnt acheive the full speed, only able to get 3.3mb as what i get now.

The weird thing is why the latency is 5xx to KL? do IP change improve the Mbs?

having 4mb for few weeks already, bt never get other ip range except 60.xx

I only able to get max speed during very early morning when i direct download from china server.. wonder if changing of ip can improve the routing or all ip range is generally the same?

Have been used 4mb for past 1 month, the max speed i get is around 3.3M..
SN margin = 24db
Line attenuation = 23db
The ip range that i get is only 60.xx as shown above

Wonder if frequent DC will happen if it's recapped to like 5mb? (currently, i nvr DC even if there is heavy raining)
Besides 100, do TM have customer support email address =_= so that i can attach all my speedtest result?
