My area already installed with the port, then, this data is good enough to support 4mbps line, how come the technician and tmpoint ppl say, I can't support this 4mbps line? huh

would like to ask u guys, when u apply for 4mbps line, do they capped u at 2mbps first before the technician come and configure it?
My case, i apply 4mbps yesterday, now can see up to 2mbps already.

My technician come today to install the 4mb. Then, by the time he leave, the router still showing downstream = 2048. He ask me to wait for 24 for the activation. And call him if the downstream doesn't change to 4084. Is that true? Normal? I thought it will change immediately?

According to statistic, my line is bad for 4mbps right? I face slow internet sometime but didn't face dc problem much (around 1-2times per day). Shall I complain or just keep silence?

that's streamyx law ... my attenuation is 49.5, but still manage to apply and seldom dc ..... although, there will be some period un unstable line, but, overall, still ok ...
