guys yesterday the technican come to my house to setting for 4 mbps and capped on 4.5 mb , n after wait for 24 hours , shall i call back to 100 to ask for the activition?

so i need to collect the whole week speed test data and complain to tm, in order to request 218. ip address??

i need help ..... is there any one can send their complain letter and request for 218 ip address .... as a reference to me plz ....

the speed is too low~~....

today i call 100 for 4 times!!!! just wan to request for 218 ip address... and they also dun wan transfer me call to the advance trouble shooting ....all like take names and ask for the reason .... i ask them direct pass to advance trouble shooting which handle 4 mbps, the customer services said server down !!!!!! fuk

why all the technican same !!!!! said will call back at the end didnt call back ......!!!

should i call back him?

i call the technican for 2 times also same feed back he give .... and should i go compalin in skmm?? .... n the tm 100 just fuk off , system down for 3 days havent up !!!!! plz lah malaysia representative still do shit work

mx510 i request from the advance trouble shooting department but they said it is a dynamic ip == ..... so what to do ...!!

depends on location mine 115 now is sux ~~..... so , i wish to get 218 to try

today i make complain about my speed and the tm said .... if u get 80% of the speed it is very good liao~..... i wonder in skmm there which section can prove that guarantee us 90%?
