bro MX510, what software you use to get that kind of traffic details? i have WRT54GL but cant find these kind of information in the router.
*
Are you using DDWRT? Or does that router have SNMP(I just stumbled upon after I saw MX510's graph and you asking about it so I tried to search for something similar)?

Might want to try PRTG Traffic Grapher. Have to pay for it, unless you-know-what-it-is-etc. They have the free version, which can only monitor 10 sensors, but that should be more than enough if you want to monitor your router's traffic from your pc.
http://www.paessler.com/prtg6

Just enable SNMP in the router(I use the same router btw, with DDWRT). It's inside the Services tab.. just scroll down. Enable that, and leave the additional settings that come out as a result of enabling it as it is and just apply the settings. Install PRTG, and upon first running, choose SNMP. It would ask you about something, just put in you router's IP address. After that it will list out a bunch of things.. I believe (vlan1) is the router's main internet traffic. After that it's a case of experimenting and exploring the PRTG software. Good luck!

Have to run the PC for the stats to show.. which sucks a bit. I wish they would come out with these sort of things by default inside the router.

I tried to subscribe to 4mbps ages ago, but was told my area can't support it. But my dad just got a call saying someone will come to my house at 6pm later today. Checked at https://mips.tm.net.my/SelfCare/CheckUpgrad...130&verify=true saw it's being processed while before it shows not applicable or something. Crap!

If I subscribed to the 4mb line, will I be able to upgrade to HSBB later on or do I have to stay with 4mbps for 12-24 months contract?

# 29. If I were to switch to HSBB service, what will happen to my contact obligation on Streamyx?

* TM will waive any penalty imposed upon successful HSBB service activation.

4mbps, you have a new family member. Muahaha. biggrin.gif
But I ran out of things to download.. hrrmmh. HDisk is almost gone too. Crap. Save money for a 2TB next..

I got 218.111 ip but youtube, tudou, rapidshare all <20kb/s.

disappointing, I'm throttled.

Almost everyone is since around November last year. Dunno whats wrong with their line. Before that youtube was blazing fast for a few months(I think). Get VPN. 20-30 a month, fast speed again on everything.

With 4mbps, you should get around 400-500KB/s.

Youtube was slow before. But before last October-November last year, it was super fast. After that, youtube got slowed down, same with RS with the throttling went into full force. And definitely things started to feel shitty too on other stuff(browsing etc).

Just see the screenshots below.

Downloading speed has never really been a problem for streamyx. It's the browsing, streaming which sucks.

My modem(Riger DB102) and router(WRT54GL DDWRT) have been up for 17 days. No DC for the last 16 days using the same ip.

I can confirmed that they increased the speed from 1mb to 2mb.

the usualy 100 kb/s became 160 kb/s

However my speed on mirc is slow, but torrent is fast using the 115.135.xx.xx ip why is that?
*
Yeah speed on IRC is very slow. I thought it was a problem with my router settings.. but I tried with VPN, and it went fast. Definitely TM doing some sort of throttling.
