my ping to singapore server has increased from 20-30 to 40-50. not a good sign. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

New upgraded user here , mine is also me at 4096 and 510. I'm wondering how should I complain so they would cap me at 5mbps.

Got mine upgraded today
 Capped at 4096 as well but 218.111 ip. I've had 218.111 ip since I was using 1mbps though so not much changes here |

For snr margin it's the higher the better but for Att then its the other way round.
Why did they cap you at 5mbps? Mind to share? |

Most of the 4mbs are usually "STUCKED" at a certain ip range. If you're not happy with it you just gotta lodge a complaint. Where it comes to complaining I recommend doing it on complaint.cfm.org.my.
Basically if you provide evidence to them about the problems you are currently facing and tell them how you think a particular solution (referring to changing IP range) will work they will just do according as you request. Of course given that it's reasonable enough, I just don't see how requesting for a different IP range is unreasonable. |
