Yes you can but I believe you still need a guardian's approval to open an account since you're still underage.

Maybank2u is not available until you're 18...If you are so eager to use online banking, try CIMB instead. But this bank also have limitation that is you can only do RM200 transaction per day.

Open account can but if the person before was referring to making online transactions via maybank2u and not about opening an account. As I've mentioned most banks provide opening accouts for underage but with guardians' approval but for making online transactions using maybank2u???That I am not sure if accounts for underaged can use maybank2u services hmm.gif

Added on December 2, 2009, 4:45 pmOkay...I've come across this info which might be relevant to teens who want to open account with maybank. Apparently teens who want to open an imteen account are able to use ATM & maybank2u services but with certain limitations and restrictions. All ATM and Maybank2u services limitation and restrictions will be removed when the person reach 18. See here for further Q&A if you want to know more: http://www.maybank2u.com.my/mbb_info/m2u/p...d=FACC-Accounts

i think u can remove that ristriction if u go to the bank and have ur parent to approve it.

but i may be wrong.

To TS- Just use ur mom's bank account to do ur on9 stuff.

if she dont want, ask her open an Account, UNDER HER NAME, no restriction and nothing.

only thing u nd is her approval~

Then when u hit 18, open a new account, and transfer the moeny across.~

Nope. Even IF you bring your parent to apply maybank2u, you can only get access to reload prepaid and check current balance. smile.gif
