Dear all,

I'm now facing a huge difficulty and perhaps u guys can help me out... rclxub.gif

I'm currently working a full-time job (work ends at 5pm) at Pandan Indah area and will start a part-time job at KLCC soon (work starts at 6pm) on weekdays... so i was just wondering what's the cheapest and fastest way to get to KLCC? taking into account the parking rate, time on travelling, change of trains and etc... pls share your ideas... thank you in advance...

there are some ways i can think of:
1. Drive to KLCC directly and park in there
pros: easiest (and perhaps the fastest) way, need not worry if it rains or so
cons: traffic jam, expensive parking fees (or is there any cheap parking or season pass?)

2. Take STAR LRT (nearby Pandan Indah) -> PUTRA LRT (Masjid Jamek) -> KLCC
pros: cheaper?, traffic jam is not an issue
cons: need change of train, might be late for work as it takes time, overall cost may be more expensive than driving alone

3. Take PUTRA LRT (at either Universiti or Dato Keramat) -> KLCC
pros: cheaper?, no need change of train
cons: traffic jam (on the way to Universiti or Dato Keramat station), might be late for work, overall cost many be more expensive than driving

I personally prefer to drive to KLCC directly but thinking if there anywhere cheap to park my car and within 5mins walking distance to KLCC? OR if u guys have some more brilliant ideas please feel free to share... appreciate your help and thank u, once again! smile.gif

let me share some nice deals for you
If you drive taking jalan ampang, after pass by Wisma MCA, you will see a chinese templer at your left hand side. You can park your car at the lorong beside (beside the chinese templar). Usually the car there will kena useless dumb DBKL saman at morning 10am only, after that time is totally safe.
Personally i recommend Putra LRT smile.gif

Buy the monthly pass for LRT...cost you only RM100 which includes the Star LRT and Putra LRT....save cost and faster if you know the time to take LRT.

Take bike

Pros
Cheapest (low parking fare)
Fastest (zig-zag the traffic jam)

Cons
Weather un-proof
Safety reduce by 80%

i don think any Putra LRT station as i need to drive from Pandan Indah to some nearby putra station and traffic jam is another issue (on the way driving there)... the 2 most convenient putra LRT station i can think of at the moment is UNiversiti (jam at federal highway) and Dato keramat (jam at jalam ampang) station... TQ.

IMO, option 2 is the best
bcoz 5pm ~ 6pm is the traffic jam time (if raining then good luck ...)
try to avoid driving or taking bus . . .
