for me...
i use 2 liter PET bottle.
Then, take 2 cup of white sugar, pun in some bowl or something.
somebody says that adding some brown sugar will prolong the batch life.
then i add hot water, until all the sugar dissolved.
wait until it become lukewarm and add 1 tablespoon of Baking power(Sodium bicarbonate)
dissolve 1 table spoon of yeast in a cup of lukewarm water.
wait for 10 minutes..
mix both mixture inside the 2 liter bottle.
add some cool water until the the water reach the upper portion of the 2 liter bottle label.
then put the cap on.
shake the bottle mix it slightly.
don't shake too hard, it may kill your yeast.
leave the cap off for 2 or 3 hours and attach your CO2 reactor the cap with the airline attached to it.
you can do some googling to find out how to make the reactor cap.
it is really2 easy.
P/S:
You can control your CO2 output with the amount of yeast that you use.
Too much yeast, produce too much CO2 and it will last shorter.
too less, there is not enough CO2 produced and eventually the sugar water will be wasted because the yeast died because of the alcohol before it even have the chance to finish all of the sugar.
for better production, you may warp the 2 liter bottle with cloth to maintain the temperature and avoid sunlight from killing your yeast.
Clean your bottle throughly with hot water every time you make a new batch to prolong the CO2 production.. careful tho, hot water can melt your PET bottle..
have fun!!
