Cant go into the main page of my iphone ?, help please , lcd problem ?

When i hold the 'on' and home button for a long time i can see flickering lines on the whole screen
and when i charge it the apple logo jus comes on and off over and over again . anyone experienced this ? would appreciate help thanks |

Have you tried to restore the phone as a new phone? The lcd might be spoilt.
