I have involve is many projects.. a good project management will have everything lay down and also dates to commit. I am not hoping they have a good process in their project management but at least they should know what is in the next order / shipment and what the factory can delivered to the order.

e.g. for my company, our products are built to order, on the day customer placed order, they will get the expected delivery date range even it is 2 months later. The planner will updates the marketing / sales on if the production's output can fullfill the delivery date and if not, they will have to nego with the customer on the new delivery date even months before the actual delivery.

Any late delivery will be log and reported to monthly / quarterly meeting where the whole team will have to be responsible for such late shipping.

I just don't get it what is so difficult for Naza to address the buyers on the date of availabilities.. it is ether they do not have any confirm order / shipment from the supplier or no one cares if order has been placed to the supplier or no one know how the logistic works to ship the goods from the supplier to Malaysia and how many has been ordered.

in other words, the supplier will just send them any number / combination and Naza will just go and figure out when they receive the actual shipment and do allocations from there.

All i can see is bad supply chains and bad management.

Ya lo.  Tell that to NAZA .... this is probably gonna be my last sedan (after this children big already .. to go MPV).

Does changing the 17 inch rims to 16 inch ones void the warranty? If yes .. need to budget for quiet tyres like michelin primacy lc coz few saying there's the grong grong hollow tyre sound at the rear. I dunno coz never testdrive .. simply book only la. Did peter shreyer design the rims as well .. coz it's part of the forte TVC (the pop-out drawing TVC on youtube)

And is there a metal oil panel on sale to replace the plastic ones on forte? Even old vios' is metal like body panel. Or will replacing it also void warranty?

And also realize that black trim 'diffuser' under the rear bumper doesn't actually extend all the way inward. Kinda odd .. unlike suzuki SX4s ... perhaps dt some aerodynamic improvements.

cool.gif like the michelin primacylc guy

I was the guy that complaining about the groong groong empty tank sound blush.gif .. and the SA tole me he talked to the manager where we can actually downgrade to 15" FOC with Rims.. but 16" has to pay. ( just verbal talks.. no black and white... gosh.. i got to start bring recorders when i talk to SA to protect my right )

what is the diff bet CKE & CBU??? icon_question.gif

Some said only fixing 4 x doors of the car and called it Local Assembled car.... e.g. Pug SA told me.. the Naza fit the Steering and Wheels for the 407 and having it CKD and price cheaper by RM40k++.

Bbear: Korea is famous for uncertain strikes + USA demand is really high so I suppose can't blame them for not giving exact ETA. There must be a reason lah. They are not THAT stupid.

KLCC is built by Samsung... actually is Korean's proud.. not Malaysian doh.gif .. Thought Korean are quite strict on workforce

See NAZA .. how pathetic I'm becoming. The actual car felt so distant and uncertain in my future that I'm distracting my forte-crazy mind with tyres and oil panels. Tomorrow I'll be shopping around for my car fragrance and car wax. Oh ya .. also will search e-bay for the cutest 'Baby on Board' car sticker.

NAZA .. the extroverts who wants their car quick will hassle your careline operator. Introverts like me will just keep quiet but go bananananana. shocking.gif  drool.gif
*
for my next car.. i will put the MedKlinn's ionizer.. figured out each fragrance cost RM10 ~ RM30 and only last for 2 to 3 weeks.. a MedKlinn cost RM400 and last for quite long time.. in long run.. it is cheaper. But the car's model has cease production pending for new model.. hopes the new one will be good. One bad things on that is.. who ever put expensive perfume on them and sat in your car will leave the car without any perfume smell left sweat.gif

how much you need to top up the different...for 16 in normal rim ? just no confident on 17 inch rim performance on Malaysia terrain....especially for kampung road
*
I didn't really get a clear info from them ( they do not have the clear info as well.. just saying we has that option .. and not sure how true is it until someone finally wanted to do that ). Will see how if that day does come.

even if doing the downgrades from 17 to 16, have to make sure they are not replacing with a lousy heavy rim.. or it is wasting effort.

bbear, sure u can join us but dont know the price would be the same if you go for 407 cos 407 is a bigger car.
*
No problem, just keep me in the loop in case I missed the updates. Tentatively will be still on Forte due to the price unless by Feb still no news from them. I don't really want to give up my 1st / 2nd position in the waiting list... the other car will cause me to have a tighter cash flows .. loan for 5 years are most comfortable for me now as the other car need for a 7 years loan period and i am not keen on it... just settled my house loan with the bank over lunch time rclxm9.gif ... but one more house to go whistling.gif

Found out today that my left headlight has wet water vapour on the inner side of the headlight as well as at the signal light.
Posted the issue at FB and will drive the car to the SC in Setapak.    sad.gif

This is very much a known issue where one of the Media's test unit also has the same defects. Hopes they got that sort out soon.
