hmm.. actually i have the same problem before.. is same problem as ashwin.. the iphone even got line but can't call out.. i not sure wat happen is regrading and i think just change a new sim card or restart ur setting in ur phone will help u..

hmm. i don't think will provide u a new unit.. probably just a refurbish unit from maxis..
