4) End of March lose 5KG (85KG) - Reward =

sorry, i want to lose weight up to 75KG.

this morning i had fried char koay teow on the roadside with a sambal chicken.
3 half boiled egg and finish off with a Fresh Orange Juice.

is this too much... usually i try to eat more in the morning till noon before i slow down in the evening .

You really need to bump up your protein intake.. and calorie intake as well. It's counter intuitive to eat more to lose weight but when your body is in starvation mode, it's even harder to lose to weight.

Especially when you've been skipping breakfast, and has OBC as your workout.

my new weight is 103 KG although i failed my monthly goal i guess my body weight is an increase of my muscle.

Lost 2Kg in Dec

todays meal

Breakfast: nil
Lunch : Rice ,vege, egg and fruit rojak
Dinner: Rice,Fish and Vege

thanks Syd G. i woke up quite late and i wonder if 10am or 11am is still consider a breakfast?
