sorry, i want to lose weight up to 75KG.
this morning i had fried char koay teow on the roadside with a sambal chicken. 3 half boiled egg and finish off with a Fresh Orange Juice.

is this too much... usually i try to eat more in the morning till noon before i slow down in the evening .

my new weight is 103 KG although i failed my monthly goal i guess my body weight is an increase of my muscle.
