I've complain a few times b4 and last couple of weeks and was informed that my bill will be waived and so on and if I'm still not satisfied I can terminate it.
So I'd like to reconfirm whether I still can terminate it now, cuz I plan to go to the green packet building to terminate it, and I don't wanna waste time and petrol going all the way there and the ppl there say my contract not over so can't terminate..
another thing is there's a P1 outlet at Sunway Pyramid, can I go there to terminate it instead?

Last week I've terminated without any penalty..
Heard that P1 is doing some publicity with its 22/10/10 surprise while there's still so many angry customers, they not afraid backfire?

I terminated my P1 W1MAX account about a week or 2 ago, before that the cust rep told me my last bill will be waived but I still got charged full amount.. what is going on?
