It seem they have miss communications within P1. Received email saying it will reset on 1st of the month, while the new update P1 Faq webpage says subsequent billing month and the agent says on the billing date. More like a swindle to customer.

Same here, I am in JB, the connection speed damn slow..its been 1 week. Report to P1 and they say all in JB having this issue and they are fixing it but can't confirm when will be solved. WTF!!!

Any one from JB having this issue?

Looks like P1 got congestion issue and they still not admitting. My connection speed gets better after 1 am.

Same here in JB, it seem when I contact them again they informed that this is a known issue and their networking team are troubleshooting JB area for nearly 2 weeks, I told them either your network team are damn stupid for them still troubleshooting this issue or you have congestion issue and just waiting for parts for your upgrade process. Silent,,,,,,,,,then spoke that blaa....bla..bla..sorry...will give waiver.

What do you think :

a. The P1 network team damn stupid.
b. Congestion.

Well to my amusement my case been closed, I received on my email.
Called them and they informed that due to aging case they have to close my case, lambasted the person and informed to re open the case.
Like I said in my previous post P1 lack of technical professional, (more to put it as damn stupid network team) took so long to troubleshoot issue in JB.

Did you notice that P1 reps in this forum suddenly quite down...no response from them.

Well I would like to know how many ppl in JB having this problem?

Same problem comes back line is damn slow from 8pm to 1 am. After that line is back to normal.
Come on la P1, you have congestion issue at server site...upgrade your server la...

So what would you do, when comes to end of your term. Loose the ISP get another one. Why should support it further? Why do people still continue back their subscription? Why we as customer who gives business / profit been treated like we are the one who is begging their money.

Well so far (been 1 year using P1) they have comes up with some leverage with major issue. This current issue which have been taken toll more than 2 weeks which informed me that they are going to revise my bill for the month of august. I have to wait for their revised bill. As for the current issue, informed me that it has been resolved. Have to check it tonight.

So lets see then and for those who had bad exprience with their ISP , please do what logically need to be done. Change to another ISP.

1. Did you received any email from them that they will revise your bill with 1 week rebate.
2. Make sure you have transaction ID for your 1st bill settlement to justify that they have billed you again despite that you have paid your bill.
3. Based on from your reported date (the 1st case ID for this issue) till today does it accumulate more than 1 month. If it does, email them ask for more than 1 week rebate.

This to make sure to inform them that this is a genuine case and can be brought to relevant authority.

TO JOHOR BAHRU USERS
P1 informed that this issue is due high utilization on the network (more like can't cope with new users, network congestion lorr!!!)

What should we do? Revise bill? For how long? How about not paying your bill at all and we jump to another ISP?

Anyone been using other ISP (not TM pls) for more than 1 year please shed some light on how their service was.
