Coz i'm confused since u mention RM849 = install + warranty. Does that mean RM695 no warranty given? Btw can u pm the best best price for it (cash & carry / with installation) ? thanx a lot

Few Question
1. As i saw in http://www.samsungdigitallife.com/, the original product come with 5 emergency key instead of of maxsafe com 2 emergency key.
2. N do maxsafe have other ezon digital lock which come with biometric and handle
3. My wooden dooe is 36mm thick, any problem installing?
4. What do you recommend digital door lock with handle or without handle

Welcome registered as lowyat member. Actually not all our products have 2 emergency keys, some models have more or totally keyless. All our products are authorized and imported from Korea and we are partnership with one of the Korea largest digital lock distributor. We do have latest Samsung Ezon SHS-5230 biometric fingerprint with handle . The ~36mm thick wooden door is quite standard and can install a digital lock with handle as all our digital lock mortice latch wide is around 25mm. If your door is new and not yet install any lock then i strongly recommend you install a lock with handle. Also, Gateman F100 fingerprint is another good option, you should consider it. How much is your SHS 5230. Currently I am keen in SHS 5120, but set back is no biometric, If the price is not much difference I will consider SHS 5230.
