I believe all who upgrade from 384 to 512 have this problem. TM is cheating us. Have email,called and visited TM point to complaint and until now no change(almost 2 weeks already). Only get calls from them asking to check if speed is ok. Either I can't explain the problem correctly or they they don't understand the problem. I think when they see speed issue, they automatically assume its download speed. Just to check, for those who upgraded from 512 to 1m or higher, does your upload speed get upgraded to the correct speed of your upgraded package as well?
