I tried to upgrade my line from office, but if failed. Currently using the 512mb without modem, the TM operator said I need to go TM Point to get the application forms. Anyone did the same?

Went to TM Point for upgrade from 512 to 1mb. Hopefully bear good results la.. The officer said need at least 24 to 48 hrs to upgrade..

Well its been around 3 days since I submit my application. Still no sign of 1MB for me.. still the old 512kb.

I got fed-up waiting for the my register results at Kelana Jaya TMPoint a week ago. So I decided to check out the package online upgrade. Its available and without hesitation I upgraded again. This time it only took me 1 day to get the 1mb line running. Check out the screenshot from speedtest.

I remember correctly the 100 operator said it is impossible for me to upgrade online and I wasted my petrol and working hours with my 2 colleagues at TMPoint. So 100 operator what the heck u guys doing man? Cakap tak serupa bikin?!

Alrite hope Im not going off topic.. about 2 yrs ago I shifted into a new house. So I transfered my old streamyx line (approximately 6 yrs old) to the new tel line. TM appointed some dishonest contractor to my place. Installed the phone n without my knowledge duplicated my streamyx application form.. to subscribe another line! Furthermore they copy my signature and modified my full name. When the bill came it was a whopping rm 400 ++. I called the contractor up and screwed them.. instead they threatened me and scold me back. Fine.. I lodged a police report and went to TM Point to cancel the line. Guess what, it took me almost a year to settle the things .. i had to call 100 every month to explain to different operators (some at Sabah, and this idiots speak hell english) Not to forget they disconnected my line almost twice a month for d duration of 6 months! Reason I didnt pay for my streamyx.. ! And to my horror.. When I checked the MIPS last nite.. My package is still the one the contractor enrolled for me 2 yrs ago! WTF.. !! BUT I still pay RM 66 every month, for the past 1 yr. I bet some suckers weren't doing what they are supposed to do! When I was in TM Point Kelana I ask the front desk so many times abt my current package ( used to be 512mb, without modem, RM 66) I think he did nuts for me then. But Im glad all is done now.. so I said to myself.. dont harap ppl do for you. If u can do it urself. This TM ppl really need some polishing. They really do!

Well I dont think consumer tribunal will give a hoot about it. It's TM we are talking about.
