Keep an eye out on your bills after you upgrade your packages. I upgrade my Streamyx to 4MB around July so my details is with them seems around November they quietly upgrade my house line to unlimited calls RM10 package which I did not subscribed to.

I noticed a letter dated mid November but only received early December regarding that I upgraded to unlimited calls RM10 package and it has been activated and I should request free DECT phone at TM Point.

At TM Point they claim I submited the application form early November. They wanted RM50 to cancel this contract, I ask them to show proof of the application since I never signed up for this. After a while talking with them, they finally agreed to waive the RM50 cancelation fee but not sure about the RM10 that will be in coming bill. I will need to go to TM Point again to try get that waived. I never apply for this as these days my family rarely use the house phone.
