Is it true that SD will increase d property price if the earlier buyer cancel d booking? Can someone clarify on this? Thanks

Thanks rfm. Was yours completed? The property i'm interested in is still under construction. Was told by the SA that I can chk again next week if it's available as the buyer is still waiting for d loan. otherswise I have to reconsider maple or wait for aster grove.

But it doesn't make sense if they want to increase the price for d next buyer especially when d cancellation was due to the earlier buyer can't get d loan.

I was told by my SA that the aster's corner will be on ballot...anyway it doesnt matter as all d corner units were sold out on friday except for a few intermediate units.

The pre launch for VVIP & mgmt started on Thursday...and Friday was for their staff...so that's why I didn't bother to go to the sales gallery
yesterday.

Yup totally agree... surprisingly all the corners were also sold out during the pre-launch except for a few intermediates.

Only bumi intermediate units...but the corners were all sold out...so we ended up buying a corner unit from the earlier phase...
