Im looking into my first property purchase and came across this freehold NON-BUMI low cost apartment unit in pusat bandar puchong.
However the agent told me that the owner is a Bumi.

The agent told me to check with MBSJ as he afraid that later there will be problem with the transfer of ownership.

Actually, what are the things that you would advice to look out for when getting into this kind of transaction?
