using 64-bit now...

for browser, stick to 32-bits ones first...

iirc till now there's still no 64-bit version of flash...

btw, Win7 is not 1 for all...

even at TechNet's download page, there are various ISO for various versions... even though the file size is the same...

by rit the proper way of learning is using notepad... not joking....

but if u want GUI and make it easier, i suggest Code::Blocks...

u need a compiler to do that...

i am not very sure how to do that in Windows, since i juz stick to Code::Blocks which do all the work for me...

Linux has it's own built-in compiler which u can access thru the terminal...

try Compatibility mode...

right click the exe file, Properties, Compatibility, select Vista...

i juz noticed a new app from Asus...

called FastBoot, which can delay some startup programs to let ur Windows to start faster...

i ve used Code::Blocks and Dev C++ all the while...

ditched Visual Studio C++ quite some time as it's a bit troublesome to use... for me at least since as a student, we mainly work on small programs...

Matrix Storage Manager is the driver for SATA AHCI and RAID, so that u can use features like NCQ and hot-plugging... and of course RAID...

u need that if u want to use eSATA...
