for me is install the bare essential only... Adobe flash/reader, winrar, office, Live Messenger, codec, etc

dun include stuff like games...

this 12GB also include hidden file,

don't include games inside, uninstall everything ><
just leave it windows + essential programs (office, pdf reader, browser, etc...)
