bought benq s42 today RM2699..
i been told by salesman to update the bios and register warranty online
err..but how to do that ?
update bios like install driver? [never do it b4 so dunno]
need install windows first ?

if u want to update to the latest BIOS, u'll need to do so under Vista...

the new BIOS is so that u can use BenQ's latest graphic driver for Win7...

u can skip this if u intend to use modded driver like many others here...

cain: 1 more thing... the whole thing abt Core i7 quad is HTT due to it's low clock, unlike the desktop version that should HTT do not give any advantage, there's still the high clock to fall back to...

mobile Core i7 quad without HTT is almost shit at only 1.6GHz...

well, in that case, i would prefer SXPS16 with a T9000 CPU...

the higher cache would be helpful for ur work...

T43 cannot play anything at all sweat.gif Bioshock no support for pixel shader 2, felt like playing in a diff dimension when looking at the screen
