Eden Seaview Condo, Should I buy?

Hey i am very confused. Came across one basic unit lower floor, freehold, 850sq ft with strata title, 1 carpark and full condo facilities. Security is good. The price only rm174k and last i check others already shoot up to rm250k and above. Is it good buy for investment? Please advise.

that eden seaview i tot the project already started few years back...
anyway, which year is it when it is 174k and is the 250k the same area, eden seaview? where the lot facing play a big part to the pricing.... |
